2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

  • Basic Entry: Sign up for Sponsor’s email and/or text list during the Giveaway Period.

  • Bonus Entries: Receive 5 additional entries for each video testimonial submitted during the Giveaway Period. Limit 3 testimonials per entrant.

4. Giveaway Period
Begins September 24, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends October 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $500 USD. Non-transferable. Winner is responsible for taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via email/text within 2 days of Giveaway end. If winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate may be selected.

7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and submitted content (including testimonials) for promotional purposes.

8. Testimonial Disclaimer
All video testimonials must include a disclosure line such as: “This testimonial was submitted as part of a giveaway entry.”

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time.

10. Release
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform.

11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

🎥 Testimonial Post Rules

To qualify for +5 bonus entries per testimonial (max of 3):

  1. Where to Post

    • Post your testimonial video on TikTok or Instagram.

  2. Tag & Hashtag

    • Tag @Dem.i.god.dess & @Spiritual_and_wealthy in your caption.

    • Use the official giveaway hashtag: #AlignedAbundance500 (unique and trackable).

  3. Content

    • Video length: 30 seconds – 2 minutes.

    • Share your authentic experience with Spiritually and Wealthy / your readings / products / coaching.

    • Speak from the heart — what did you learn, feel, or gain?

  4. Disclosure

    • Include this line in your caption:
      “This testimonial was submitted as part of a giveaway entry.”

  5. Limit

    • Up to 3 testimonial posts per person (15 bonus entries max).

  6. Other Notes

    • Must be your own original video.

    • Keep content respectful and appropriate (no offensive language or copyrighted music you don’t own).
